Complaints Procedure

In the first instance, clients are encouraged to discuss any complaints or potential complaints directly with their instructor.

If the instructor cannot resolve the complaint, this can be escalated to the Principal in writing, or via e-mail to training@tastetheblue.co.uk. The Principal will make every endeavour to resolve any complaint in a fair manner.

Should any clients be unhappy with the outcome of their complaint, where it relates to an RYA course or instructor, the RYA themselves can be contacted directly on training@rya.org.uk.
